The quality policy of BITUWORKS I.K.E. is expressed by the establishment of necessary specifications, so as to provide its customers with services characterized by high quality, safety and compliance with the required specifications and criteria.

The company implements an ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System

The Scope according to ISO 9001: 2015 is: “Repair of asphalt pavements. Repair of contraction-expansion joints of bridges”.

The company’s policy is based on the execution of projects with consistency, safety and quality in both the materials used and the repair work. By establishing quality goals and with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction and having fully developed a sense of responsibility for quality management, the Management of the company is committed to:

The overall application of the principles of the system is ensured through the continuous information and training of the staff at all levels, with the main purpose of creating the relevant awareness of the aims and philosophy of the system.
